This is the second time that I have used Imperial One Cleaning Services to clean my carpet and I am reminded AGAIN of the outstanding job that Charles does. I contacted him last minute on Saturday afternoon and he was available on Sunday! My white carpet is extremely clean and the whole house smells refreshed. I love that Charles gives tips on how to keep my carpet clean and he asks lots of questions about any stains so that he knows what to do to get them out. I would recommend Charles to anyone that needs fast, reliable and honest service at a fair and reasonable cost.
